By using Souvenir you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Your content
You own the photos you take and the stickers made from them. By setting content to Public or Friends visibility, you give us permission to display it to those audiences inside the app. You can delete any sticker, trip, or your entire account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harasses others.
- Don't photograph people in ways that violate their privacy, and get permission before making someone the subject of a catch.
- Don't use the app while driving, in unsafe locations, or where photography is prohibited.
- Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Location and safety
Souvenir shows approximate locations only and lets you go invisible at any time. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting anyone through the app; meet in public places and use judgment.
The service
Souvenir is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data beyond our reasonable control, or the actions of other users.
